Changing the World
Project REinCARnate’s mission is to create strategies and programs to expedite the transition to environmentally sustainable drivetrain technologies already developed and commercially available.

Currently, our primary focus is to devise methods of lowering entry costs for battery electric vehicles (BEVs) with competitive feature sets already available on the marketplace. One such method involves a drivetrain conversion of used conventional gasoline vehicles to battery electric with the understanding that it is crucial to maintain comparable performance, a crucial component of consumer acceptance. Our goal: A sub-$15K, 100 mile range prototype platform that can be cheaply and simply adapted to a wide variety of donor vehicles.

In order to accomplish this goal, Project REinCARnate interfaces with the grassroots, DIY vehicle conversion community, which acts as a test bed, providing invaluable data to understand how new technologies operate in a wide variety of applications and methods to control costs.

Project REinCARnate also seeks out connections with public and private institutions and infrastructure to help accomplish mutual goals for public good and economic development.
